Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $150 within the continental United States.

Yes! We accept returns of unwashed unused items within 7 days of receipt.

Please send an email to hello@loupatou.com with your name, order number, reason for return and we will send you a return shipping label. For exchanges, we kindly ask that you follow the return instructions and place a new order. We accept the return of unwashed, unused items within 7 days of receipt. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
